The fare ranges from casual to elegant and features our Executive Chef’s signature creations using local and organic products. Seating for large parties is available with reservations. Featuring standard and big screen televisions as well as billiards, darts and interactive video games, Coaches Corner is the perfect place to be for Happy Hour or just to relax and unwind after a busy day. 	FULLER'S GRIFFIN CIGAR BAR Fuller’s Griffin Cigar Bar is the only place in Boulder County where you can enjoy a fine cigar and a full-service bar at the same time. Named after Great Britain’s famed Fuller’s Griffin Brewery, the cigar bar dispenses Fuller’s London Pride, Porter and ESB using a classic hand-pump draught system known to enhance flavor. Patrons can also choose from other distinctive single malt scotch, bourbons, bottled beers, wine and spirits while sampling selections created by the hotel’s Executive Chef.
