Executive Chef Dedric McGhee joined the Millennium
Harvest House in August 2008. His innovative flair with
Southern and Southwestern cuisine can be seen within
many of our extensive menu options at Thyme on the
Creek, Coaches Corner Interactive Sports Bar and
Fuller's Griffin Cigar Bar.
Dedric came to Millennium Harvest House from El Monte
Sagrado in Taos, New Mexico, which was rated #3 among
"Top Hotels, Resorts and Spas" by Zagat in 2008 and
listed as a member of Conde Nast Traveler's Gold List
2006. During his career, McGhee has worked with world reknowned chefs Emeril Lagasse, Kevin Graham and Mark Kiffin, and held positions at top hotels, restaurants and country clubs in New Mexico, North Carolina and Louisiana. Chef McGhee learned to cook on his grandmother’s farm in Memphis, Tennessee and received his certificate of culinary arts from the IUP Academy of Culinary Arts in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. |
